Course Packet Solutions
Course Packet Solutions (CPS) at the Illini Union Bookstore provides a full range of services for creating high-quality, cost-effective course packets. Faculty can customize multiple instruction materials into a single, useful packet, often resulting in cost savings to students.
Packets are printed on campus at Illini Union Document Services for short turnaround times.
We offer the following SERVICES

Digital packet or e-packet options available
Multiple front cover options
Flexible production scheduling
One optional complimentary instructor copy available for pick up at IUB Customer Service counter
or shipped via campus mail

Here's WHEN to Place an Order
Due by April 7, 2026 for Fall 2026 course packets that include:
- Copyright items
- Extensive scanning and file work
- Digital packets which require additional steps
- Large enrollment courses
Due by April 21, 2026 for Fall 2026 course packets that include:
- Original material
- Exact reprints
- Small enrollment courses

Here's HOW to Place an Order
Please fill out the Packet Order Form and email it as a PDF to iubpackets@illinois.edu, or drop off a physical copy of the form at IUB.
If you plan to include copyright items, please also fill out the
Bibliographic Items List and note the order in which your items should be listed in the course packet.
